Please join RI ASHRAE for the final Polo match of the season "Turkish Airlines Finals" on Saturday, September 27th. We have limited space under the Chalet, so we ask that you RSVP on the RI ASHRAE website and there will be a limit of 2 tickets per person. 

The $15 fee on ASHRAE's website is to cover the cost of the cookout at 1 pm. In addition, each attendee requires a separate $25 Lawn Ticket to enter. Tickets can either be purchased the day of at the gate, or in advanced on Newport Polo's website. See below for more information. Parking is free. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please bring your own fold-up chairs if you would not like to sit on the grass. 

• BYOB, water will be provided. 

• There will be a small grille and cook-out food will be provided prior to the polo match. All food will be first-come-first-serve. 

• The typical dress code is "casual chic". Please wear grass appropriate shoes

  • Avoid: jeans, cargo pants, or sweat wear. 

• There is a "carry-in, carry-out" trash policy.

12:00 pm - Gates Open

1:00 pm - Cook-out at Chalet #23

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Polo match at Chalet #23
